Our pledge

We want every guest to enjoy gaming as entertainment. Please keep it fun.

Tips for safer play

• Set a budget and time limit before you start.
• Never chase losses or play with money meant for essentials.
• Take regular breaks and avoid playing under pressure or when tired.
• Balance gaming with dining, shows and the spa.

Need support?

Speak to any team member to set limits or arrange self-exclusion. If gambling is causing you concern, contact a national helpline or a local support service in your area.

Age

Gaming areas are strictly for guests of legal gaming age (18+ or 21+).
